What Does C1400 Mean?
The ABS/traction control module has detected a general electrical circuit failure in the right front (RF) traction control valve solenoid. Check for continuity and resistance in the wiring harness from the ABS module connector to the solenoid valve connector. Compare with the opposite side for reference.

Measure insulation resistance from each solenoid wire to chassis ground — should be greater than 10K ohms. Low readings indicate a short to ground in the harness.
